Jojoba oil

Thanks to its high ceramide content, this ingredient restores the skin’s balance. It’s all thanks to jojoba oil that this pack is suitable for any skin type, as its sebum-regulating properties help balance out dry and oily areas alike.

Olive oil

Helps keep skin hydrated, nourished and elastic all day long. It’s also packed with antioxidants which slow down your skin’s ageing.

Vitamin E

A natural explosion of antioxidants that helps protect the skin against free radicals. They’re the cause of premature ageing, so we’d rather not get too up close and personal with them. Just remember to always use suncream too :)

Which is the right shade for me?

Pinpointing the right shades can feel a bit daunting if you’ve never bought makeup online, but at Saigu we make things easy:

  • A 2-minute test that will pinpoint the perfect shade(s) for you.
  • A customer care team who can tell you your shade(s) from just one photo.
  • Free returns and exchanges for 15 days if, when you receive your concealer or foundation, they’re not what you were expecting or you don’t like them.
Do these products have a very glossy finish on the skin?

They’ll give you a moderate glow, offering coverage as well as a natural shine. Think healthy, hydrated skin, just like how it might look after you’ve been through your skincare routine.

Can I use these products if I have dry skin?

Both the foundation and the concealer contain dual-action hydrating hyaluronic acid and olive oil to help keep your skin elastic, hydrated and nourished all day long. What’s more, the olive oil is packed with antioxidants that slow down the ageing of your skin. They’re also enriched with jojoba oil and vitamin E. Neither of these products will accentuate any dry patches. Quite the opposite, in fact: they’ll help reduce them thanks to their hydrating active ingredients.

And if I’ve got oily skin?

All Saigu’s products are made with non-comedogenic ingredients, meaning they don’t block up your pores. Our foundation and concealer are also enriched with jojoba oil, which is bursting with sebum-regulating properties. That being said, those with oily skin often need translucent powder to achieve a matte effect and avoid excess shine. If that’s the case for you, we recommend trying our velvet-effect powder, enriched with hyaluronic acid, to seal your skin, giving it a matte effect and a silky finish.

My skin is sensitive and reactive. Can I use this pack?

We use ingredients that are as gentle on and compatible with your skin as possible, with the most sensitive and reactive skins in mind. However, some people are allergic to very specific compounds (like nectarine skin, soy or derivatives), in the tiniest quantities (like traces of heavy metals found in nature).    

That’s why we can’t guarantee you won’t have some kind of reaction. But you can read the INCI of the products or, to make sure they’re safe for you, test them on your forearm for a day, and then on your neck before using them. Remember that if you do have an allergic reaction to any of our products, you can return them, even if they’re open. 

If I make a mistake choosing the shades, can I exchange them?

Yes! When you try the products you might realise you haven’t got the shade 100% right. If that’s the case, we’ll exchange it at no cost to you.

What if I don’t like them once I’ve received them?

No worries. We understand that sometimes our products might not be quite what you were looking for. If that’s the case, you’ve got 15 days to take advantage of our free, easy returns and exchanges. Even if the concealer and foundation are open, you can return them or exchange them at absolutely no cost.
