Not at all—Satin Ivy’s green has a superpower. It isn’t a neutral shade, but it almost works like one. Its warm undertone softens the eyes and adds depth without feeling too much.
Does it feel too intense?
It depends on how you apply it. You can make it more subtle or more intense, depending on the look you’re going for and the area of the eye where you want to use it.
Is it more flattering than the black eyeliner pencil?
It’s not better or worse—just different. Satin Ivy tends to soften the look more and add brightness, while black gives a bit more definition.
Can it be blended?
Yes, its creamy texture will help you blend it really well, whether you use your finger or an eyeshadow brush.
Can I use it if I have sensitive eyes?
Yes, this pencil has been dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested on sensitive eyes. You can also use it without any issues if you wear contact lenses.
What’s the difference compared to the previous creamy eyeliner pencil?
I love this question—it means you’ve been with us from the very beginning. That said, we can’t really compare the previous pencil with the new Delineado Infinito, because they’re completely different. It’s improved infinitely—in every way.
How do I remove it?
Just a heads-up: this pencil is seriously long-lasting. You’ll need an oil-based product to remove it. Our Calma cleansing oil will be perfect.
Are they waterproof? Do they hold up well in the heat?
Yes, these pencils are water- and sweat-resistant. They might not survive hours of swimming in the sea or watching The Pianist, but they’ll stay put through a gym session or a hot summer day.
I have oily eyelids—would this pencil be good for me?
Yes, because it lasts really well. Still, to make it last even longer, it’s best to use a primer or set the liner with a black eyeshadow.

El color me encanta, pero la fórmula es demasiado cremosa y a mí ojo no le pigmenta mucho, se corre un poco y la mina no es precisa porque se ablanda. El mismo color en un formato un poco más duro sería perfecto

Me alegra saber que te encanta el color de nuestro Lápiz de ojos Mediterranean Glow, es genial que hayas encontrado este aspecto positivo en el producto.
Entiendo perfectamente tu experiencia con la fórmula cremosa y la falta de precisión en la mina. Tienes razón en que al ser un lápiz muy cremoso puede resultar menos pigmentado en algunas pieles y tender a correrse. Para mejorar la pigmentación te recomendamos aplicar el lápiz en capas finas, dejando que cada una se asiente antes de aplicar la siguiente. También puedes usar una brochita pequeña para difuminar y fijar mejor el color.
En cuanto a la precisión de la mina, te sugerimos utilizar un sacapuntas específico para lápices de ojos sin hacer mucha presión.
