What payment methods do you accept?
You can buy our products through our website and pay by card, PayPal, or Bizum, but not cash on delivery. You can also pay in installments with Klarna—you’ll find more information about this payment method here.
I saw there’s a discount for placing my first order. Where can I get it?
You can subscribe to our community here and we’ll email you a discount code for your first purchase, outside of promotional periods (like Saigu Week). You can even enjoy exclusive perks and content as part of the Saigu Community. Remember to allow a few minutes and check your junk or spam folder.
Do you offer discounts for professionals?
We love that you use Saigu products to express your art, and we’ve created a special program for industry pros like you (weddings, film, TV, shoots, fashion editorials…). Here you’ll find all the information.
Can I use more than one promo code in the same order?
You can’t stack more than one discount coupon on the same order, and during Saigu Week–style promo periods, some coupons may be limited or turned off.

What’s the shipping cost?
In Spain:
€2.90 to the mainland.
€3.90 to the Balearic Islands.
In both cases, shipping is free on orders over €40.
*At the moment, we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Can I exchange or return a product?
You have 14 days from the moment you place your order to open and try the product and, if it’s not for you, you can contact us to exchange it or return it for free. For bundles, it’s important that you return all the products that came in the bundle; we don’t accept partial returns of a bundle.
During promotional periods, like Saigu Week, we extend the return window to 45 days. We know most brands only let you return a product if you haven’t opened it. But at Saigu it’s the other way around! We want you to open it, try it and, if it doesn’t work for you, we’ll exchange it or refund you the full amount of your entire order. We do this because we want you to shop with total confidence, but it’s true that constantly shipping parcels back and forth isn’t very sustainable—so we only ask that you do it responsibly, so we don’t end up harming the planet with these small gestures.
