What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase our products through our website and pay by credit card, Paypal or Bizum, but not cash on delivery. You can also pay in instalments through Klarna, you can find more information about this payment method here.

I have seen that there is a discount when I place my first order, where can I get it?

You can subscribe to our community here and you will receive a discount code by mail for your first purchase, outside promotional periods (such as GreenWeek). You can even receive exclusive benefits and content for belonging to the Saigu Community. Remember to leave a few minutes of margin and check your junk mail or spam.

Do you have discounts for professionals?

We love you to use Saigu products to express your art and we have created a special programme for professionals in the sector like you (weddings, cinema, television, shootings, fashion editorials...). Here you have all the information.

Can I accumulate different promotional codes in the same order?

What is the shipping cost?

En España:

2,90€ a Península. 

3,90€ a Baleares. 

En ambos casos el envío es gratis a partir de 40€.

*Actualmente no hacemos envíos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla.

Can I exchange or return a product?

You have 45 days from the time you place your order to open and try the product and, if it doesn't fit, you can contact us and exchange or return it free of charge. For packs, it is important that you return all the products that came in the pack; we do not accept partial returns of a pack; in promotional periods, such as GreenWeek, we increase the shipping period to 45 days. We know that most brands only let you return a product if you haven't opened it. But at Saigu it's the opposite! We want you to open it, try it, and if it doesn't work for you, we'll exchange it or give you a full refund of your entire order. We do this because we want you to buy with total confidence, but it is true that it is not a very sustainable practice to send packages up and down, so we only ask you to do it responsibly so that we do not burden the planet with these small gestures.
