The velvet-effect powder is ideal if you’d rather go for a more matte look—shine-free and with a smoothing effect on skin texture.
Are these powders highlighters?
No, but they do respect your natural glow. At first you’ll notice they mattify your complexion, and that’s normal—they’re designed to keep your makeup in check. As the hours go by, they’ll bring back that fresh, radiant look to your skin.
