Can I buy them separately?
Yes. You can buy each product separately, but you won’t be able to enjoy the exclusive discount you get when you buy them as a bundle.
Can I use them if I have sensitive eyes?
Yes, this pencil has been dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested on sensitive eyes. You can also use it with no problem if you wear contact lenses.
And the mascara is suitable for sensitive eyes. But even if it’s been tested on sensitive eyes, some people may still have a reaction. If that happens, you can return it free of charge (though we really hope it doesn’t!).

How do I remove it?
Just a heads-up: this pencil is super long-lasting. You’ll need an oily product to remove it. Our Calma makeup remover oil will be perfect for you.
And the mascara comes off super quickly—like, in the blink of an eye. You can use warm water and you’ll see it slides right off. Micellar water or a bi-phase makeup remover works too.
What if I don’t like it when I receive it?
You have 14 days to try it and decide whether to keep it. If you picked the wrong shade, we’ll swap it for you at no extra cost.

Estoy enamorada de esta máscara de pestañas. No cae nada de residuo, se desmaquilla súper fácil y deja una pestaña separada y natural, pero permite aplicar varias capas para más intensidad. Compré el nuevo color de eyeliner ciruela y me encanta.
La máscara de color negro también queda muy bien.
La única pega es que el eyeliner cuesta de eliminar al desmaquillarse con otro producto que no sea vuestro aceite desmaquillante. Con los anteriores eyeliners (compro vuestros productos desde hace años) no pasaba.
Y el sacapuntas, el vuestro va genial, pero si no lo tienes... cuesta sacar punta al lápiz (lo sé porque compré hace tiempo el eyeliner marrón y he estado utilizando un sacapuntas metálico, que es el que mejor me ha ido).
Por estos dos motivos pongo 4 estrellas y no 5.

Me sorprendió el lápiz cuando lo usé por primera vez. Se aplica muy fácilmente y es muy cremoso. Fija bien. Y la máscara de pestañas es de otro mundo! Además el empaque es genial. Ha sido mi primera compra en Saigu y estoy muy contenta
