Finding your shade can feel a bit daunting if you’ve never bought makeup online, but at Saigu we make it really easy: we have a 2-minute quiz that suggests your ideal foundation shade, another quiz for concealer, a customer care team that can pinpoint your shade from just a photo, and free exchanges and returns for 14 days.

Its glow is very subtle. It covers while giving a very natural radiance—like that healthy, hydrated skin look you get after applying your skincare routine.

Both the foundation and the concealer include double-action hydrating hyaluronic acid and olive oil in their formula to help keep your skin supple, hydrated, and nourished throughout the day. Plus, olive oil is packed with antioxidants that help slow down skin aging. They’re also enriched with jojoba oil and vitamin E.
Neither product will emphasize dry patches—instead, their hydrating actives will smooth and soften them.

All Saigu products are formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients, meaning they won’t clog pores. The foundation and concealer are also enriched with jojoba oil, with sebum-regulating properties. That said, oily skin often needs to be mattified with translucent powder to avoid excess shine. If that’s you, we recommend checking out our velvet-effect powders, enriched with hyaluronic acid, to set, mattify, and leave a silky finish.

We formulate with ingredients that are as gentle and skin-compatible as possible, specifically with the most sensitive and reactive skin in mind. That said, some people are allergic to very specific compounds (like peach skin, soy, or derivatives) and even in tiny amounts (such as traces of heavy metals that occur naturally).

That’s why we can’t guarantee you won’t have any kind of reaction. But you can check the products’ INCI list, or do a patch test on your forearm for a day and then on your neck to make sure it’s safe for you. Remember: if it causes an allergic reaction, you can return the product even if it’s been opened.

Yes! It can happen that when you try the products, the shade isn’t quite the one you were looking for. If so, we’ll exchange it at no cost to you. 

Once you receive the products, it’s important to keep a few little things in mind when you try them. The foundation comes out looking a bit lighter at first, but once you blend it into the skin (if it’s your shade), it will adapt beautifully. The best place to check is the area between your face and your neck: a tiny amount is enough—blend well. What we’re looking for is whether there’s a visible line between those two areas.

On the other hand, concealer is a product where a small amount goes a long way. You only need a tiny dot—then blend it out. If you use too much, it may build up and crack. It’s best to apply a little and add more if needed.
