Can I use it if I have sensitive eyes?
Yes, this pencil has been dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested on sensitive eyes. You can also use it without any issues if you wear contact lenses.
Do I need to sharpen it?
Yes, you’ll need to sharpen it with a cosmetic-specific sharpener. Also, to keep the pencil in good condition, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and avoiding high temperatures (since it’s a creamy product) so its ingredients don’t change.
What’s the difference compared to the previous creamy eyeliner pencil?
I love this question—it means you’ve been with us from the very beginning. That said, we can’t really compare the previous pencil with the new Delineado Infinito, because they’re completely different. It’s improved infinitely—in every way.

How do I remove it?
Just a heads-up: this pencil is very long-lasting. You’ll need an oil-based product to remove it. Our Calma cleansing oil will be perfect for you.
Are they waterproof?
No. The pencils are water- and sweat-resistant. That means that while they won’t hold up to hours of swimming in the sea or watching the film The Pianist, they will stay intact during, for example, a gym session or a regular day in your life.
I have oily eyelids—would this pencil be good for me?
Yes, because it lasts really well. Still, to make it last even longer, it’s best to use a primer or set the liner with a black eyeshadow.
If I try it and I don’t like it or the shade doesn’t feel right, can I exchange it or return it?
Even though we seriously doubt that’ll happen, if when it arrives and you try it it’s not what you expected, we’ll refund your money for 14 days after purchase.
