OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE “LA MAR DE GUAPAS” GIVEAWAY
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISING COMPANY
The company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004 Valencia and identified with Tax ID (N.I.F.) B-67263533 (hereinafter, “Saigu Cosmetics” or the “organising company”), is running the giveaway called “LA MAR DE GUAPAS” (hereinafter, the “Giveaway”) for promotional purposes and nationwide in scope, aimed at people living in Spain, in accordance with the participation requirements set out below.
CLAUSE 2.- ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER
The entry period for the Giveaway will begin on 21 June at 9:00 and will end on 19 July at 23:59h, both dates inclusive.
You may only enter during the stated period; any entries received outside this timeframe will be excluded.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to change the dates of the Giveaway, as well as to interpret these official rules in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
Entering the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these official rules.
CLAUSE 3.- PURPOSE AND MECHANICS OF THE GIVEAWAY
Natural persons aged 18 or over and legal residents in Spain may enter the Giveaway.
To enter, interested parties must:
Complete the form provided by Saigu Cosmetics by supplying their email address during the stated promotional period.
Entry is free and is not conditional on purchasing any product.
Each participant may enter only once.
CLAUSE 4.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All adults living in Spain who correctly complete the registration form provided by Saigu Cosmetics during the promotional period may enter.
The following are excluded from participation:
- Employees of Saigu Cosmetics S.L.
- People directly involved in organising and managing the Giveaway.
- Any legal person or entity.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude any fraudulent or duplicate entries, or any that breach these official rules.
CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE
A total of FIVE (5) “LA MAR DE GUAPAS” sets will be raffled, made up of products selected by Saigu Cosmetics. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics in cases of force majeure or lack of availability.
CLAUSE 6.- SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period, using an online giveaway platform.
Saigu Cosmetics will contact the winners via the email address provided during registration.
If no response is received within 48 hours from the first contact, Saigu Cosmetics may select a new alternate winner.
Saigu Cosmetics is exempt from any liability arising from errors in the data provided by participants that prevent proper identification or contact.
CLAUSE 7.- DATA PROTECTION
The controller of the personal data provided by participants is SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004 Valencia and Tax ID (N.I.F.) B-67263533.
The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of:
a) Managing participation in the Giveaway.
b) Selecting the winners and contacting them.
c) Managing delivery of the prize.
d) Sending commercial communications and Saigu Cosmetics newsletters, where the participant has expressly agreed.
The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by the participant by accepting these official rules.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by sending written notice to info@saigucosmetics.com.

CLAUSE 8.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND LIABILITY
Entering the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these official rules.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time when justified reasons exist.
Likewise, Saigu Cosmetics may exclude any participants who act fraudulently or breach these official rules.

CLAUSE 10.- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These official rules will be governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of these rules, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
