CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered office at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004, Valencia, and identified with Tax ID No. B-67263533 (hereinafter “the organizing company” or “Saigu Cosmetics”), is organizing the giveaway “GOYA GALA 2026” (hereinafter “the Giveaway”) for promotional purposes, nationwide in scope, exclusively for Participants residing in Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, in accordance with the participation requirements section (hereinafter “Participants”).
CLAUSE 2.- ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER
The entry period runs from 28 January 2026 at 09:00 to 12 February 2026 at 23:59, both inclusive. You may only enter during this period, and any time outside the dates indicated is excluded.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to postpone the Giveaway period in the event of force majeure, as well as the right to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
You may only take part from Spain: Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.
Taking part in the Giveaway implies that the participant meets the established requirements and respects, complies with, and accepts these terms.
CLAUSE 3.- PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
All natural persons over 18 years old with legal residence in Spain may take part in the giveaway. Participation by minors under 18 is expressly excluded.
To take part, it will be essential to meet all of the following requirements:
Having entered through the created site and having the corresponding details.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Entering the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
CLAUSE 4.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All adults who are legal persons and residents in Spain who enter the giveaway through the site created specifically for this purpose may take part in the promotion.
Employees of Saigu Cosmetics S.L., as well as people directly involved in organizing and managing the promotion, and any legal person or entity, are excluded from taking part in this promotion.
CLAUSE 5.-. PRIZE
Among everyone who takes part during the set period, 1 pair of tickets (for the winner and their guest) will be drawn for the Goya Awards Gala, which this year will take place in Barcelona.
Each experience includes:
1 pair of tickets to the Goya Awards and 2 Saigu product kits + a video call or in-person meeting in Barcelona for makeup advice with one of Saigu’s Beauty Experts. The giveaway is valid only on the online channel.
Prize conditions:
The prize does not include other expenses not expressly mentioned (such as transport, meals, accommodation, additional activities, or any personal expense). It also does not include makeup services.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The experience must be enjoyed exclusively on the stipulated date (28 February 2026)
If the winner or their guest cannot attend on those dates, the prize will be considered forfeited and will be declared void. If the winner cannot attend the event, a second draw will be held to choose a new winner.
CLAUSE 7.- SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The draw will take place on 13 February 2026, once the participation period has ended. The winner will be selected through the online giveaway platform AppSorteo, which will certify that the process has been carried out randomly among the participants who meet the established conditions.
Saigu Cosmetics will contact the winners via the email address provided.
If it is not possible to contact any of them within 48 hours, or if they decline the prize for any reason, Saigu Cosmetics will proceed to contact the alternates in the order they were drawn.
Saigu will be responsible for providing all the necessary data related to the Gala.
Saigu Cosmetics is released from any liability in the event of any error in the details provided by the winners or alternates that prevents their correct identification or contact.
Saigu Cosmetics also reserves the right to declare the prizes void if the winners and/or alternates do not meet the requirements of these terms, or if it is not possible to contact them within the established timeframes.
CLAUSE 8. – DATA PROTECTION
The controller of your personal data is the Organizing Company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered office at Calle Puebla de Farnals 50, door 10, 46022 Valencia, and Tax ID (N.I.F.) number B67263533 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”).
The Controller informs Participants that their data will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The purposes of processing the personal data collected during the Giveaway are as follows:
Allow participants to take part in the Giveaway;
Select the winner of the Giveaway and notify the winning participant.
Send the prize to the winning participant.
Manage participants’ entry to the Awards gala.
Category of data to be processed: identification and contact data, including: first name, last name, phone number, and email address. In the case of the winning participant, they will be asked for the data needed to purchase plane tickets and book the hotel, for that purpose.
Information retention periods: participants’ data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to run the Giveaway and for any legal periods that may apply.
Once the relationship with the Controller has ended, the data will be blocked by the Controller and made available exclusively to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent Public Administrations, to address any liabilities arising from the processing, for the applicable limitation period. Once that period has elapsed, the Controller will delete the data without undue delay.
Legal basis for processing: the legal basis for processing is the consent given by the participant by accepting these terms and conditions to take part in the contest, for winner selection, and, where applicable, for sending the prize, and therefore by accepting these terms and conditions. Likewise, the Controller may process the data subject’s data to ensure performance of a contract between the data subject and the Controller.
Recipients: As a general rule, the Controller will not share the data subjects’ personal data. However, the Controller may share the participant’s data with the platform that provides winner-selection services, solely to ensure the winner is selected. The Controller will share the winners’ data with the Film Academy in order to deliver those services. Likewise, the Controller may share personal data with Public Administrations or Authorities in the event of a request or legal obligation.
Data transfers to third countries or international organizations: there are no transfers of Personal Data to third countries or international organizations.
Automated decisions: there is no automated decision-making process, in accordance with Article 13.2(f) of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
Participant Rights: data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection regarding their data, in the cases and to the extent set out in the EU GDPR 2016/679. They also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights and for any matters relating to the processing of the data provided, as well as to receive more detailed information about the persons and/or categories of persons to whom the data are disclosed or who may have access to them as Processors or Authorized Parties, the data subject may contact Saigu Cosmetics through any of the following channels: by email at info@saigucosmetics.com or at Saigu Cosmetics’ registered office, enclosing a copy of their National ID (DNI) when submitting a rights request. You are informed of your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

CLAUSE 9.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY
Simply taking part in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to modify the Giveaway Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel it or declare the prize void if any irregularity is detected. If any change is made, it will be duly communicated to the Participants.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Giveaway any Participant who, in its opinion, is breaching any participation condition included in these Terms and Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the reason, entails the loss of all rights arising from their status as such.
Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions will result in the participant being disqualified from the Giveaway.
Saigu Cosmetics is exempt from any liability in the event of any error or inaccuracy in the information provided, where applicable, by the prizewinners themselves that prevents their identification. Any inaccuracy or failure to provide any of the mandatory details will result in that Participant being excluded from the promotion.
Saigu Cosmetics is also exempt from liability for any cause that is not directly attributable to Saigu Cosmetics, without prejudice to any mandatory regulations that may apply providing otherwise.
Participants are responsible and warrant to Saigu Cosmetics that they will meet their tax obligations, where applicable. If the prize or prizes in this promotion qualify as a capital gain in accordance with Article 33 of Law 35/2006 of 28 November on Personal Income Tax and partially amending the Corporate Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, and Wealth Tax laws, for the purposes of the Personal Income Tax return (IRPF) that they may be required to file, the beneficiary must declare a capital gain for an amount equivalent to the market value of the prize obtained in their Personal Income Tax return for the relevant tax year, in accordance with tax regulations. Participants accept and authorize Saigu Cosmetics to make any withholdings it is required to make under the applicable regulations.
Likewise, the Participant undertakes and warrants that they have read and will comply with the terms. By taking part in this Giveaway, the Participant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
Participants undertake and warrant that they will not post inappropriate comments that are offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that could infringe the rights of third parties. In such a case, Saigu Cosmetics may delete those posts and may even disqualify Participants who include offensive content.

CLAUSE 11. - JURISDICTION AND VENUE
For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or compliance with these legal terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, provided that the applicable regulations do not state otherwise.
