CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISING COMPANY
The company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004 Valencia, and identified with N.I.F. B-67263533 (hereinafter the “organising company” or “Saigu Cosmetics”), is organising a subsequent promotional giveaway of 5 Mediterranean Glow packs, nationwide in scope, exclusively for Participants resident in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, in accordance with the section on entry requirements (hereinafter “Participants”).
CLAUSE 2.- ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER
Giveaway for email registration: 5 additional Mediterranean Glow packs: The period to enter by email registration will start on 7 April 2026 at 19:00 and will end on 15 April 2026 at 23:59.
You may only participate during this time period; any time outside the indicated dates is excluded.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to postpone the Giveaway period in the event of force majeure, as well as the right to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
Participation is only available from Spain: mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.
Entering the giveaway implies that the participant meets the established requirements and respects, complies with, and accepts these conditions.
CLAUSE 3.- PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
All individuals over 18 with legal residence in Spain may take part in the giveaway. Participation by anyone under 18 is expressly excluded.
To take part, it will be essential to meet all of the following requirements:
Giveaway for email registration: 5 additional Mediterranean Glow packs: Having registered a valid email address via the official link available in the bio of Saigu Cosmetics’ profile and/or in the live description, within the established period.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Entering the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
CLAUSE 4.- ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All adults who are residents in Spain and enter the giveaway through the site created specifically for this purpose may take part in the promotion.
Employees of Saigu Cosmetics S.L., as well as people directly involved in organising and managing the promotion, and any legal person or entity, are excluded from taking part in this promotion.
CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE
Prize draw for email registration: 5 additional Mediterranean Glow packs. Among everyone who successfully registers via the email form during the set period, 5 additional Mediterranean Glow packs will be drawn.
In addition, everyone who registers by email will be the first to receive brand news and may get access to surprises or promotional actions that Saigu Cosmetics will share at the appropriate time, provided the participant has given their express consent to receive such communications.
Prize conditions:
The prize is personal and non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the winner does not wish to accept the prize, it will be considered forfeited. In that case, Saigu Cosmetics will hold a new draw among the remaining participants to appoint a new winner.
CLAUSE 6.- WINNER SELECTION
Prize draw for email registration: 5 additional Mediterranean Glow packs. The draw for the 5 additional packs will take place on a date that will be announced through Saigu Cosmetics’ official channels once the registration period has ended. The winners will be selected via the online draw platform AppSorteo, which will certify that the process has been carried out at random among participants who meet the established conditions.
Saigu Cosmetics will contact the winners via the email address provided.
If it is not possible to contact any of them within 48 hours, or if they reject the prize for any reason, Saigu Cosmetics will contact the alternates in the order they were drawn.
Saigu Cosmetics accepts no liability if there is any error in the details provided by the winners or alternates that prevents their correct identification or contact.
Saigu Cosmetics also reserves the right to declare the prizes void if the winners and/or alternates do not meet the requirements of these terms and conditions, or if it is not possible to contact them within the established timeframes.
CLAUSE 7. – DATA PROTECTION
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is the Organising Company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., registered at Calle Puebla de Farnals 50, door 10, 46022 Valencia, with Tax ID (N.I.F.) number B67263533 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”).
The Controller informs Participants that their data will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The purposes of processing the personal data collected during the Giveaway are as follows:
Allow Participants to take part in the Giveaway;
Select the winners of both Giveaways and notify the winning participants.
Send prizes to the winning participants.
With the participant’s express consent: send marketing communications, brand news, and share surprises or future promotional actions.
Category of data to be processed: identification and contact data, including email and, where applicable, first name, last name, and phone number, to manage shipping the prize to the winning participant.
Information retention periods: participants’ data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to run the Giveaway and for any legal periods that may apply.
Once the relationship with the Controller ends, the data will be blocked by the Controller and kept exclusively available to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent Public Administrations, to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, for the applicable limitation period. Once this period has elapsed, the Controller will delete your data without undue delay.
Legal basis for processing: the legal basis for data processing is the consent given by the participant when accepting these terms and conditions to take part in the contest, the winner selection, and, where applicable, the sending of the prize, and therefore by accepting these terms and conditions. Likewise, the Controller may process the data subject’s data to ensure the performance of a contract between the data subject and the Controller.
Recipients: As a general rule, the Controller will not disclose data subjects’ personal data. However, they may share the participant’s data with the platform that provides winner-selection services, solely to ensure the winner is selected. Likewise, the Controller may share personal data with Public Administrations or Authorities if required to do so, or under a legal obligation.
Transfer of data to third countries or international bodies: there are no transfers of Personal Data to third countries or international organizations.
Automated decisions: there is no automated decision-making process, in accordance with Article 13(2)(f) of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
Participant rights: data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection regarding their data, in the cases and to the extent established by the GDPR EU 2016/679. They also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights and for any matters relating to the processing of the data provided, as well as to receive more detailed information about the individuals and/or categories of individuals to whom the data is disclosed or who are aware of it as Processors or Authorized Parties, the data subject may contact Saigu Cosmetics through any of the following channels: email info@saigucosmetics.com or by writing to Saigu Cosmetics’ registered office, enclosing a copy of their National ID in the event of a rights request. You are informed of your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

CLAUSE 8.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY
Simply taking part in the Giveaways implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to amend the Giveaway Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel it or declare the prize void if any irregularity is detected. If any changes are made, participants will be duly informed.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Giveaways any Participants who, in its opinion, are failing to comply with any participation condition set out in these Terms & Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, for any reason, entails the loss of all rights arising from their status as such.
Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms & Conditions will result in the participant being disqualified from the Giveaway.
Saigu Cosmetics is released from any liability in the event that there is any error or falsehood in the information provided, where applicable, by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification. Any falsehood or the absence of any of the mandatory information will result in that participant being excluded from the promotion.
Saigu Cosmetics is also released from liability for any cause that is not directly attributable to Saigu Cosmetics, without prejudice to any mandatory applicable regulations providing otherwise.
Participants are responsible for, and guarantee to Saigu Cosmetics, that they will meet their tax obligations, where applicable. If the prize or prizes in this promotion constitute a capital gain in accordance with Article 33 of Law 35/2006, of 28 November, on Personal Income Tax and partially amending the laws on Corporate Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax and Wealth Tax, for the purposes of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF) return that they may be required to file, the beneficiary must declare a capital gain in an amount equivalent to the market value of the prize received in their Personal Income Tax return for the corresponding tax year, in accordance with tax regulations. Participants accept and authorize Saigu Cosmetics to make any withholdings required under the applicable regulations.
Likewise, the participant undertakes and guarantees that they have read and will comply with the terms. By participating in this Giveaway, the participant is understood to accept said terms and conditions.
Participants undertake and guarantee that they will not make inappropriate comments that are offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that could infringe third-party rights. In such a case, Saigu Cosmetics may remove such posts and may even disqualify Participants who include offensive content.

CLAUSE 10. - JURISDICTION AND VENUE
For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or compliance with these legal terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
