LEGAL TERMS FOR THE RED PASSPORT RAFFLE DECEMBER 2025
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004 Valencia and identified with N.I.F B-67263533 (hereinafter, the “organizing company” or “Saigu Cosmetics”), organizes the “RED PASSPORT” raffle (hereinafter, the “Raffle”) for promotional purposes, nationwide in scope, exclusively for participants residing in Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, in accordance with the participation requirements section (hereinafter, “Participants”).
CLAUSE 2.- ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER
The entry period runs from December 3, 2025 at 09:00 to January 6, 2026 at 23:59, inclusive. You may only enter during this time period; any time outside the indicated dates is excluded.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to postpone the Raffle period in the event of force majeure, as well as the right to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
You can only take part from Spain: Mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands.
Taking part in the Raffle implies that the participant meets the established requirements and respects, complies with, and accepts these terms and conditions.
CLAUSE 3.- PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST
All individuals over 18 with legal residence in Spain may take part in the raffle. Participation by anyone under 18 is expressly excluded.
To take part, it is essential to meet all of the following requirements:
Make a purchase at Saigu through any of its sales channels (website, app, or physical stores) between December 3 and 20, 2025, inclusive.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Taking part in the raffle implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
CLAUSE 4.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All adult individuals residing in Spain who place an order with Saigu Cosmetics during the promotional period mentioned in point 2 may take part in the promotion.
Employees of Saigu Cosmetics S.L., as well as people directly involved in the organization and management of the promotion, and any legal entity or organization are excluded from participating in this promotion.
CLAUSE 5.-. PRIZE
Among all purchases made during the promotional period, 3 experiences at the Saigu Lab at the Barcelona store will be raffled off for 3 winners, each with one guest (6 people in total).
Each experience includes:
A 1-day trip to the Saigu Lab in Barcelona for the winner and their guest.
Round-trip train tickets for both people.
A color analysis consultation for both of you.
Creation of a personalized lipstick in the lab.
An essential kit of Saigu products for each participant.
The draw is valid across all sales channels. For physical stores, purchases will also enter by handing in the corresponding Red Passport.
Prize conditions:
The prize does not include any other expenses not expressly mentioned (such as lunches, dinners, additional activities, or any personal expense).
The prize is personal and non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The experience must be enjoyed exclusively on the stipulated dates. If the winner or their guest cannot attend on those dates, the prize will be considered forfeited and will be declared void.
CLAUSE 7.- WINNER SELECTION
The draw will take place on January 7, 2026, once the entry period has ended. The selection of the three winners will be carried out through the online draw platform AppSorteo, which will certify that the process has been conducted at random among participants who meet the established conditions.
Saigu Cosmetics will contact the winners via the email address provided during the purchase process.
If it is not possible to contact any of them within 48 hours, or if they decline the prize for any reason, Saigu Cosmetics will contact the alternates in the order they were drawn.
Saigu will be responsible for managing the purchase of the train tickets and coordinating the date of the experience at the Saigu Lab.
Saigu Cosmetics is released from any liability in the event of any error in the details provided by the winners or alternates that prevents their correct identification or contact.
Saigu Cosmetics also reserves the right to declare prizes void if the winners and/or alternates do not meet the requirements set out in these terms, or if it is not possible to contact them within the established timeframes.
CLAUSE 8. – DATA PROTECTION
The data controller for your personal data is the Organizing Company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Puebla de Farnals 50, door 10, 46022 Valencia, and Tax ID (N.I.F.) number B67263533 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”).
The Controller informs Participants that their data will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The purposes of processing the personal data collected during the Draw are as follows:
Allow Participants to take part in the Draw;
Select the winner of the Draw and notify the winning participant.
Send the prize to the winning participant.
Manage the booking and issuance of plane tickets, as well as the accommodation and transfers needed to enjoy the trip.
Category of data to be processed: identification and contact data, including: first name, last name(s), phone number, and email address. If the participant is the winner, they will be asked for the data needed to purchase plane tickets and book the hotel, for that purpose.
Information retention periods: participants’ data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to run the Draw and for any legal periods that may apply.
Once the relationship with the Controller ends, the data will be restricted by the Controller and kept exclusively available to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the relevant Public Administrations, to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, for the applicable limitation period. Once that period has elapsed, the Controller will delete your data without undue delay.
Legal basis for processing: the legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by the participant by accepting these terms and conditions for entering the competition, selecting the winner, and, where applicable, sending the prize, and therefore by accepting these terms and conditions. Likewise, the Controller may process the participant’s data to ensure the performance of a contract between the participant and the Controller.
Recipients: As a general rule, the Controller will not share participants’ personal data. However, they may share a participant’s data with the platform providing winner-selection services, solely to ensure the winner is properly selected. The Controller will share winners’ data with airlines, hotels, and transfer providers in order to deliver those services. Likewise, the Controller may share personal data with Public Administrations or Authorities if required to do so, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Transfer of data to third countries or international bodies: there are no transfers of Personal Data to third countries or international organizations.
Automated decisions: there is no automated decision-making process, in accordance with Article 13(2)(f) of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
Participant rights: Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection in the cases and to the extent set out in the EU GDPR 2016/679. They also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights and for any matters relating to the processing of the data provided, as well as to receive more detailed information about the individuals and/or categories of individuals to whom the data is disclosed or who have access to it as Processors or Authorized Parties, the data subject may contact Saigu Cosmetics through one of the following channels: email info@saigucosmetics.com or Saigu Cosmetics’ registered office, attaching a copy of their ID in the case of a rights request. You are informed of your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

CLAUSE 9.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY
Simply taking part in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to amend the Giveaway Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel it or declare the prize void if any irregularity is detected. If any changes are made, participants will be duly informed.
Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude from the Giveaway any participants who, in its opinion, are failing to comply with any participation condition set out in these Terms and Conditions. Excluding a participant, whatever the reason, entails the loss of all rights derived from their status as a participant.
Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions will result in the participant being disqualified from the Giveaway.
Saigu Cosmetics shall not be liable in the event of any error or inaccuracy in the data provided, where applicable, by the prize winners themselves that prevents their identification. Any inaccuracy or missing mandatory data will result in that participant being excluded from the promotion.
Saigu Cosmetics is also exempt from liability for any cause that is not directly attributable to Saigu Cosmetics, without prejudice to any mandatory applicable regulations that provide otherwise.
Participants are responsible for, and warrant to Saigu Cosmetics, that they will comply with their tax obligations, where applicable. If the prize or prizes in this promotion are considered a capital gain under Article 33 of Law 35/2006, of 28 November, on Personal Income Tax and partially amending the laws on Corporate Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, and Wealth Tax, then for the purposes of the personal income tax (IRPF) return that the beneficiary may be required to file, the beneficiary must declare a capital gain for an amount equivalent to the market value of the prize received in their Personal Income Tax return for the relevant tax year. Participants accept and authorise Saigu Cosmetics to make any withholdings required under applicable regulations.
Likewise, the participant agrees and warrants that they have read and will comply with the terms. By participating in this Giveaway, the participant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
Participants agree and warrant that they will not make inappropriate comments that are offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that could infringe third-party rights. In such cases, Saigu Cosmetics may remove those posts and may even disqualify Participants who include offensive content.

CLAUSE 11. - JURISDICTION AND VENUE
For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or compliance with these legal terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and authority of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, expressly waiving any other venue that may apply to them, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
