OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE GIVEAWAY “VALENCIA GETS GORGEOUS”

CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004 Valencia and identified with Tax ID (N.I.F.) B-67263533 (hereinafter, “Saigu Cosmetics” or “the organizing company”), is organizing the giveaway called “VALENCIA GETS GORGEOUS” (hereinafter, the “Giveaway”), for promotional purposes and nationwide scope, aimed at people residing in Spain, in accordance with the participation requirements set out below.

CLAUSE 2.- ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER

The entry period for the Giveaway will start on June 2 at 9:00 and will end on June 12 at 23:59h, both inclusive.

Entries may only be submitted during the stated period; any entries received outside this timeframe will be excluded.

Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to change the dates of the Giveaway, as well as to interpret these official rules in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

Entering the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these official rules.

CLAUSE 3.- PURPOSE AND GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

Natural persons aged 18 or over who are legal residents in Spain may enter the Giveaway.

• To enter, interested parties must:
  Complete the form provided by Saigu Cosmetics by submitting their email address during the stated promotional period.
  

Entry is free and is not conditional upon purchasing any product.

Each participant may enter only once.

CLAUSE 4.- ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

All adults residing in Spain who correctly complete the registration form provided by Saigu Cosmetics during the promotional period may enter.

The following are excluded from participation:

• Employees of Saigu Cosmetics S.L.
• People directly involved with the organization and management of the Giveaway.
• Any legal entity or organization.

Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude any fraudulent or duplicate entries, or any entries that breach these official rules.

CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE

A total of three (3) “SUNSET GLOW” sets will be given away, made up of products selected by Saigu Cosmetics, as well as one (1) color analysis session at the Saigu Cosmetics Valencia store at Calle Jorge Juan 9.

The color analysis session must be taken on a date agreed with the Saigu Cosmetics team and is subject to availability.

The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or other products or services.

Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics in cases of force majeure or lack of availability.

CLAUSE 6.- WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period via an online giveaway platform.

Saigu Cosmetics will contact the winners via the email address provided during registration.

If no response is received within 48 hours of the first contact, Saigu Cosmetics may select an alternative replacement winner.

Saigu Cosmetics is exempt from any liability arising from errors in the information provided by participants that prevent their proper identification or contact.

CLAUSE 7.- DATA PROTECTION

The data controller for the personal data provided by participants is SAIGU COSMETICS S.L., with registered address at Calle Jorge Juan 9, 46004 Valencia and N.I.F. B-67263533.

The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Managing participation in the Giveaway.
b) Selecting the winners and contacting them.
c) Managing prize delivery.
d) Sending marketing communications and Saigu Cosmetics newsletters, if the participant expressly agrees.

The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by the participant through acceptance of these official rules.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by sending a written request to info@saigucosmetics.com.

CLAUSE 8.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND LIABILITY

Entering the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these official rules.

Saigu Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time when there are justified reasons.

Likewise, Saigu Cosmetics may exclude participants who act fraudulently or breach these official rules.

CLAUSE 10.- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These official rules will be governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of these official rules, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
