Can I choose the products in my Mystery Box?
Since it’s a surprise box, you can’t choose the items—we’ll do it for you. But don’t worry: we’ve put together the kind of mystery box we’d love to receive, with products that look great on everyone, feel beautifully elegant, and leave your skin looking gorgeous.
I have dry or oily skin, rosacea… will Saigu products work well for me?

Can I return the product?
If, when you receive it, it’s not what you expected (though we’ve got our fingers crossed that won’t happen), you’ll have 14 days to return it—as long as you send back the complete box. In other words, you can’t keep just one or two products. You’ll need to return them all.
