Terms and conditions for the program for professionals and artists | Saigu PRO

 

If you’re a makeup artist, stylist, photographer, work in audiovisual production or for a fashion publication, and you’re thinking about using Saigu products in your work, this program is for you!

Discounts and eligibility requirements

 

• The SAIGU PRO program for professionals and artists offers exclusive discounts to people whose professional activities are linked to the makeup and cosmetics sector.

 

• To become a Saigu PRO member, you must meet the requirements mentioned and correctly complete the form you’ll find at https://saigucosmetics.com/pages/programa-para-profesionales-y-artistas. When completing this form, you must provide the following documents:
• Identity document: valid national ID or passport.
• Professional diploma or certificate.

• Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation and welcome email to the SAIGU PRO program with all the information you need to start using your benefits.

• Professionals who are part of the SAIGU PRO program will receive a 25% discount on all purchases with a minimum spend of €125 per order, and a 30% discount on all purchases over €200 per order.

 

Usage restrictions 

 

• During certain promotional campaigns, such as Sales or Black Friday, it will not be possible to use the discount code associated with the professional sales program. 
• The discount code is valid for all products available at www.saigucosmetics.com Except for sets or products that already have an offer applied. 
• The discount code may only be used by the account holder registered in SAIGU PRO and may not be transferred or shared with third parties.
• Products purchased using the discount must be for personal or professional use only. None of the above may be resold or exchanged under any circumstances. Any refund will take the applied discount into account.
• The SAIGU PRO program for professionals and artists has a maximum annual spending limit of €1,000 (after discounts). 

Using the discount code 

 

• To use the discount, professionals enrolled in the program must log in with the registered email address and enter the corresponding discount code at checkout. 
• Discounts will be applied before shipping costs, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise specified.
• Discounts can be applied both in the online store www.saigucosmetics.com as well as in SAIGU physical stores.

Changes and cancellation 

 

• Saigu Cosmetics SL reserves the right to modify or cancel the professional sales program at any time, with prior notice to participants. 
• If the program is cancelled, discounts will be honored for orders placed before the cancellation date.

• Using the discount code from the professional sales program implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
