Saigu Cosmetics services terms and conditions

TERMS OF USE - EXPERIENCES IN GENERAL

These conditions refer to any of the redeemable experience options purchased by the customer in a Saigu physical store or online at www.saigucosmetics.com

By purchasing or using an experience, the beneficiary accepts the following conditions:

1. Validity period: The experience must be enjoyed within a maximum of 2 months from the purchase date.

2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule the experience only once, always within the same 2-month validity period. No further changes will be accepted after this.

3. Attendance and punctuality: The attendance confirmation must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. In the event of a no-show and after 15 minutes of the agreed time, the booking will be considered cancelled with no right to a refund, so we can offer the spot to another user.

4. Number of people: No additional people or companions may be added to the experience. Each one is designed for a specific number of participants, stated in its description.

TERMS OF USE - GIFT EXPERIENCES

These conditions refer to any of the experiences gifted by Saigu through activities during promotional campaign periods, such as wheels, giveaways, ballot boxes, or any other method we use. 

By purchasing or using a gift experience, the beneficiary accepts the following conditions:

5. Validity period: The experience must be enjoyed within a maximum of 2 months from the purchase date. Once this period has passed, the experience will automatically expire and it may not be used or refunded.

6. Rescheduling: You may reschedule the experience only once, always within the same 2-month validity period. No further changes will be accepted after this.

7. Attendance and punctuality: Attendance must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. In the event of a no-show to the appointment and after 15 minutes of the agreed time, the booking will be considered cancelled with no right to reschedule, so we can offer the spot to another user.

8. Number of people: No additional people may be added additional people to the experience or companions. Each experience is designed for a specific number of participants, stated in its description.

9. Redeem for products: Gift experiences are not redeemable for products or for its cash value. Its use is limited exclusively to the booked service.

10. Refund policy: If the experience was a gift with purchases over X amount and you return any product, bringing the order total below the promotional threshold, you lose the gifted experience.
    

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT AND BOOKING METHOD: 

To book any makeup course, you must pay 100% of the total at the time of booking.

This booking can be made online via www.saigucosmetics.com or in person at our physical stores, either in cash or by card. 

COUPON GENERATED WITH THE SELF-MAKEUP COURSE

• To use the product redemption coupon, the products must be redeemed on the same day the course takes place. You can’t use the coupon before the appointment or save it to use later. It’s valid exclusively in Saigu physical stores. Not valid for online purchases on Saigu’s website or app.

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION

If you cancel any of Saigu’s experiences (redeemable or non-redeemable, excluding the Premium makeup service), you will receive:

• 100% refund if you cancel more than 12 hours before the booked course.

• 50% refund if you cancel more than 4 hours before the booked course.

• 0% if you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice.

If a refund applies, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the order (for online purchases, refunds won’t be made in cash; and for courses redeemed, or not redeemed, for products, the refund will be issued as a gift card).

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION OF THE PREMIUM MAKEUP SERVICE

In this case, and only because it includes advice, prior follow-up, and a makeup trial, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
